You hire a personal trainer to get you into shape, but, you also hire that person to help you achieve your goals. I would like to help you achieve any fitness goal you have! We'll have fun doing it too!

Rates & Where I Train

I will train in your home, office or gym - it's up to you! My sessions range from $90 an hour to $70 per hour - based on the number of sessions purchased.
