Training Expertise
I enjoy working with all people and have worked with clients from ages 13 to 93. I particularly enjoy working with people who have specific goals. I am very comfortable helping those looking to lose weight. I enjoy sharing my experiences and helping incorporate some lessons I have learned into my clients lives. I love taking the intimidation out of working out, and enjoy showing people that exercise and a few minor changes in life, can lead to enormous benefits!

Training Philosophy
My passion for being a personal trainer comes from overcoming some very difficult obstacles in my own life. Not too many years ago, I weighed well over 300 pounds, had a very stressful job in the corporate world, and was a heavy smoker. Obviously, that was not the healthiest of lifestyles. It was my fear of a not so long, and unhealthy life, that lead me to a much healthier and happier me! Since then, I have completed several 100 mile bike rides and have even participated in a sprint triathlon. What a difference a couple of years makes!

My current clientele is primarily middle aged to older adults looking to lose weight, achieve a moderate to high level of general fitness (strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance), and slow/reverse the aging process. I incorporate yoga and Pilate's exercises when appropriate.


Rates & Where I Train
Rates start at $75.00 per 55 minute session in your home or office. Rates fluctuate depending on the number of sessions you purchase.

I also train at a personal training studio in Tolland. Rates begin at the studio at $65.00.
